REFUND POLICY
Refund Policies of K-AKA Technology Services
- Registrations made through any other payment method other than our official payment partner Razorpay will not be accepted.
- A full refund will be given if the client(s) faces technical problem during the process of registration/payment.
- KTS shall not be responsible for any payments made short/excess of the communicated amount with the company representatives or as mentioned in the agreement. However, the company always communicates with the client on and off the payment procedure.
- The decision to give a full refund remains with K-AKA Technology Services and will only be for exceptional cases if found legal.
